Full System (Indexing Searches with links to all images)
Land Record Index Data Available: January 1, 1984 - February 03, 2010
Land Record Imaging Data Available: All images for indexing data - February 04, 2010 (Volume 8333)

This search method allows access to computerized indexing data in a relational database for the dates listed above.  Once the search results appear, access is granted to view and print all available images by clicking on the "image" icon next to the indexing search results.  Additional features have been added to this system.  A detailed list of these features and instructions on how to access the features can be viewed by clicking HERE
Imaging System Only
Data Available: 1754 (Volume 1) - February 04, 2010 (Volume 8333)
Plat Record Imaging Data Available: All plats through Book 126 Page 24 (January 29, 2010)

This method allows for the retrieval of deed and plat book images by entering the appropriate book and page numbers.  Documents may be both viewed and printed from this system.  The images will be transmitted in PDF format to users.  Users can use any PDF viewer to view the images, including the viewer provided for free from Adobe.  All historical land record images have been converted and are available on this system.
Scanned Index Books (Imaged Index)
Indexing data from scanned index books covering 1754 through July 14, 1985.

This method allows the user to search indexing data from 1754 to July 14, 1985.  The search results will be the display of scanned index books.  The user may also link to the scanned document image by keying in the appropriate book and page number at the top right of the screen.
